A Season 32 Dancer of the Year at Dance Designs Dance Complex — selected from over 100 competitive dancers — Whitley is known for her powerful stage presence, strong technical foundation, and emotional storytelling. She has been named Top Influencer (2024–2025 and 2025–2026) with ID Dance Competition, earned Top 15 Soloist honors at Revel Dance Convention, was a 2025 finalist with Dance Icon, serves as a 2026 Crew Member for Oh La La Dancewear, and models for Shop IDxP. Whether on stage or in front of the camera, she brings confidence, professionalism, and a natural ability to connect with audiences.

Beyond dance, Whitley stands out as a leader among her peers. She was honored with the prestigious General’s Salute Award at Mount Washington Middle School in 2025, recognizing not only academic excellence, but discipline, service, and heart. She was described as a student who “stands tall among her peers — not just for what she achieves, but for who she is,” leading with quiet strength, lifting others up, and contributing meaningfully to her school community. She has also been nominated for the Bullitt County Very Important Partner (VIP) Campaign, which highlights students committed to leadership, community involvement, and promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
